Jalisco and Colima begin construction on Tuesday following a devastating earthquake.
The Plaza del Sol was the largest and most modern mall in Latin America when I was in Guadalajara. It was damaged during the earthquake, with 58 of the businesses sustaining damage.
Meanwhile, the Health Department has declared a health alert in Jalisco and Colima.
